Parkside of Glenview is an 8.5-acre planned residential development site in Glenview. Teska led land and site planning efforts, along with landscape and community amenity plans, for the 29 single-family luxury homes. Additional services provided by Teska included community park area, monument signage, and individual landscapes for each available home floor plan. Teska took the initial site plan concept (lot layout, road and sidewalks) through annexation, zoning, architectural appearance review, landscape design, for final Village approval. Site work and grading began in fall of 2019, home construction to start spring of 2020.
