The Jasper Street Roadmap is the first in a series of initiatives spearheaded by the City of Decatur. Teska engaged residents to encourage them to think creatively about the potential and future of their neighborhoods. Teska partnered with Epstein Global and Hoyle Consulting to bring a pedestrian- and cyclist-focused approach to this auto-heavy corridor.
Teska’s work is helping to leverage millions of dollars in infrastructure reinvestment, develop economic development and capacity building strategies, and has resulted in a clear-cut implementation plan to carry out long-term transportation, housing and economic development projects.
