Lockport's Comprehensive Plan Update builds on the City's strong history of community planning. Designed to tie together individual plans for special areas (Downtown, I-355, etc.) and systems (transportation, bikes, etc.), the Plan celebrates an overall vision for Lockport while guiding long-term growth and future development. Policy recommendations build off past planning efforts, a new future land use plan, and transportation plan, while a detailed implementation plan, identifies potential partners and funding sources.
