The 2020 Morris Downtown Master Plan, branded "Enhance Downtown Morris," is the result of a ten-month-long effort by the City, its partners, and Teska to both evaluate existing conditions and to consider future plans for Downtown Morris.

The Plan includes a market assessment, an inventory of development opportunities and potential zoning updates, and a detailed set of placemaking and urban design recommendations for the City, partner organizations, local businesses, and residents.
