A historic, Illinois Main Street community, seat of Brown County, and home to Dot Foods (North America's largest food industry redistributor) -- the City of Mount Sterling is small but mighty. Teska, alongside our incredible partners at All Together and Small Nation, were hired to develop the City’s Long Range Strategic Plan. In the short span of 6 months, we explored the community’s unique strengths and most pressing needs to craft a pivotal guidebook that honors Mount Sterling’s rich history and sets a bold vision for the future. The plan was unanimously adopted by City Council with implementation underway.
“Thank you for your leadership on this project. Your interest in Brown County, curiosity, and passion to explore made all the difference. You led us to a final report we can all be very proud of. It is jam-packed with strategies, examples, and resources to help us execute it well. It’s been a fun and exciting process!”
