Teska’s approach to strategic planning is about asking the right questions, identifying meaningful data, understanding the competition and environment, and setting goals to achieve greater impact.
Working in close collaboration with NHS Chicago staff, our team designed a process that involved stakeholder interviews, tracking data indicators, a Board and staff survey, and half-day strategic planning retreat. A concise report was prepared to summarize findings with infographics displaying metrics and future goals. As a follow-up assignment, Teska also prepared NHS Chicago‘s 2020 Annual Report.
