This plan is a thorough update of the successful 2013 plan, also co-authored by Teska in partnership with Baxter & Woodman. In addition to specific suggestions for road network improvements, the 2023 plan emphasizes alternative solutions to relieve congestion and improve accessibility by exploring opportunities for active transportation infrastructure and public transit access in the Village.
