Teska Associates, Inc has been recently selected to be one of five consulting firms to participate in the RTAs pre-qualified program for community planning and sub-regional planning grant studies. These grants typically cover projects including Transit-oriented Development plans and guidelines, transit improvement plans for bus and rail, implementation studies, and cooperative regional transit/land use planning efforts.
